Our May cocktail of the month is the Lemon Meringue Martini – a drink for when you can’t choose between dessert and a cocktail!
You’ll need: a martini glass, a Boston shaker, a Hawthorne strainer and a fine strainer.
50ml Ketel One Citron vodka
25ml Lemon juice
25ml Sugar syrup
Garnish: lemon peel
1. Put all of the ingredients into the shaker, and shake with cubed ice until the tin frosts over.
2. Double strain into a martini glass.
3. Garnish with a slice of lemon peel.
